Samsung announced high data storage 90nm smart card IC

Now Samsung Electronics announced about its IC ‘S3CC9PF’ 90-nanometer smart card, it provides high data storage capacity for mobile TV applications and SIM cards.

Samsung smart card utilize 16-biy CalmRISC processor with 384KB ROM, 16.5KB RAM and huge capacity 288KB EEPROM.

This Samsung Smart card is accelerator processor for fastest access; they are also launches two latest lower density version 72KB and 144KB surrounded EEPROM SIM card IC in 90nm with process technology.
