Sure, we have heard Sony fib about an approaching PS3 price drop before, but we are tending to consider Sony’s CFO on this one. The Sony’s CFO told a forum in Singapore that “this year, [Sony's] strategy is not to sell extra capacity for PS3 other than to think on productivity.” He out rightly added that Sony’s “plan is not to reduce the price.” Yeah, we all know the Xbox 360 will be receiving a small easier on wallet, but with public is newfound attention in PlayStation 3’s Blu-ray abilities, we too see no motive for Sony to obtain an even bigger hit. After all, this console is at rest widely regard as most excellent deal going for those involved in a Blu-ray deck, and we don’t see that changing in the very near term.
