Philips in another new twist this weeks launch of the new Net TV with HDTV, which would be connected to the Internet in 8000 and 9000 series of its televisions. This system allows you to access a number of websites such as YouTube, eBay … surf the Internet directly from your TV, something that was tried years ago with cable operators and IPTV completed but not curdle.

The Soyo brand will start selling Honeywell under the name of one of the largest LCD screens that are sold in the U.S., Honeywell Altura LE, with a resolution of 1080p and a size of 82 inches.

ViewSonic introduced a new combo between PC and monitor to display high-definition TV viewing. The new monitor / screen is the ViewSonuc VT2430, with a size of 24 inches and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (1080p). Includes TV tuner for not having to use external tuners, HDMI 1.3 inputs with HDCP, a 10000:1 dynamic contrast, brightness of 300cd/m2 and a response time of 5ms.

First 3D display and Panasonic Full HD

The 103-inch screen has an intention to create a new market within the screens and Blu-ray movies, so you can enjoy the film in 3D as if you were an IMAX. The good thing is that now you can enjoy high-definition, which aside from view in 3D, you can enjoy the utmost clarity and definition in the picture.

This technology is still in the air and has commented that the Blu-ray player that comes with it is capable of decoding the video and convert 3D automatically and in real time. This home theater system that Panasonic is developing is very interesting, you can create your own IMAX at home, the dream of many.

Samsung’s BD-UP5000

Another invention by Samsung! This time they are geared to beat all the high-definition players by offering-the BD-UP5000, their first-ever Duo HD player.

Competent to play both Blu-ray and HD DVD at 1080p at between 24 and 60fps, the player beats the first HD player offering by LG-the BH100 as it is attuned with both BD Java and Hdi unlike LG. It also supports Dolby Digital 7.1, Digital Plus and True HD. The built-in Hollywood Quality Video system offers a theater experience at par.

The BD-UP5000 player will hit the UK market in Q4. Other expected third generation Blu-ray players include the BD-P2400 at top-end, BD-P1400 (at entry-level) and the HT-BD2 (world’s first Blu-ray home cinema system). These three products would be available for sale by the end of October.
